~Alternate~

We live in an alternate universe... The shadows watch over us... The land is your greatest fantasy, and worst fear.
It's peaceful, all except the forbidden land that wasn't supposed to exist, the place the shadows try to keep hidden.
In the forbidden land roams the evil beings who's hearts have grown black. Their only goal is to demolish the good race of magical beings. But they can only go out during the night.
When the humans started figuring us out and magic was exposed, the shadows used their powers to create doubles of every magical being. Thus the Alts.
You have an Alt, your connected, what happens to you happens to them. You look the same, the only difference is that you are magical and they are not. The rules are simple, don't hurt yourself, be inside by cerfew (11 pm), go to school, and DON'T go to the forbidden land or the mortal land.
You get your job when you turn 21
Jobs:
Gatherer- gathers supplies in the silent period
Spy- does secret missions for the shadows
Official- like cops they make sure every one follows the rules
Sneak- finds out information about the forbidden land
Guardian- makes sure the things in the forbidden land stay there
You graduate when you turn 20, no one knows what happens to you after that, no one talks about it when they return, if they do...

I stride back home and unlock the front door. I hear glass breaking and books being fiercely slammed against the wooden floor. I turn into a black panther and sneak into my home. I tuck In my claws so every step won't be a loud mess.

I look around the corner and see a guy looking or something. I pounce. I land harshly onto his back and he falls to the ground I turn gim on his back and untuck my claws and start digging them in his throat. Growling with fiery in my eyes
