The Hunger Games

Located somewhere in North America is the city of Panem. In the early days of the start of Panem the thirteen Districts rebelled against the Capitol. In the end the Capitol won the rebellion and completely obliterated the thirteenth District. In the wake of the rebellion, the Capitol established the Hunger Games, an annual event in which twenty-four children between the ages of twelve and eighteen, one boy and one girl from each district, are chosen from a lottery and entered into a gladiatorial competition where they must fight each other to the death until only one remains standing. The event served two purposes. The first was to demonstrate the overwhelming power the Capitol had over the districts by taking their children by force and forcing them to slay each other in a no-rules competition. It was proof that the Capitol's control over its people was so inexorable and unstoppable that they could do something so sadistic as to force the children of their conquered foes to slay each other in a battle royale. The second purpose was purely for entertainment. The Hunger Games are a nationally televised event in the same vein as a reality show, its entrants practically considered celebrities and the events themselves dramatized and glorified.
You have been drawn to participate in the Hunger Games. It is the 76 Hunger Games. (Instead of both Katniss and Peeta surviving only Katniss won). You must train to get ready for the games, go to an interview to win over the people of the Capitol to get sponsors and find out who you might be able to trust. Your goal is to survive the Hunger Games. So watch your back, never fully trust anyone, and be careful.

With this RP we will change characters every Hunger Games. We will play until only one person remains. Know that you may die in this RP and other people can kill you. But you must give your target a chance to fight back, and please be fair in your fights.

(I think it would be fair to only have 20 skill points and you have to decide what to use them on rather than have 10 10 And 10 have like 7 7 and 6 to total 20)

(I really wasn't paying attention to skill points. Obviously you would make it fair and not have ten in each one, your character can't be amazing at everything)
